REMOTE MAINTENANCE

With the pcvisit remote maintenance software we can help you quickly and efficiently.

After you have received a support number from our support team, you can share the content of your screen with our technician and benefit from his manipulations. If you wish, we can also control your system so that our specialist can solve a more difficult case and save you the cost of on-site intervention.

No installation is required on your side. An Internet connection is enough.

A new support number is generated for each intervention and must be entered systematically.

Software maintenance contracts also include the delivery of updates and participation in our annual customer event.

TRANSMISSION OF BIG FILES

Please note that our server ignores e-mails with more than 10 MB without a warning message.

If you do not have a solution for storing your large files, do not hesitate to call us to remotely transfer your files to us.
